During its normal operation, the information systems and software procedures used for the functions of the site collect certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet, based on TCP/IP protocol.
This is information which in the process of its collection is not associated with identified data subjects, but may by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by others, enable the users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the addresses in the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting, the request to the web server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the web server (success, error, etc...) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data may be used to ascertain who is responsible for cyber crimes causing harm to the site.
The voluntary sending of email to the addresses listed on the site entails the resulting collection of the address of the sender, which is necessary to respond to requests made, and also the collection of other personal data included in the correspondence.
The subjects of personal data have the right to obtain confirmation of whether this data is being processed or not, to know the content and the source of the data, to verify its accuracy, and to request that it be supplemented, updated, or corrected (art. 13 del REG.
